Job Description
We are a family-owned, mid-sized business group with a market presence spanning decades. We are looking for an experienced and structured individual to take on a central role in operational personnel work and be a competent contact person for all relevant remuneration-related questions.
Requirements
- Completed successful vocational training in the commercial sector
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in salary and wage processing
- Very good knowledge of DATEV LODAS and secure handling of MS Office
- In-depth knowledge of tax and social security law
