Associate (Corporate & Securities)

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking a corporate associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Corporate & Securities – Technology group in Silicon Valley. The role involves advising entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and emerging growth companies on various corporate and securities matters.

Requirements

• Experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies
• Experience working with emerging technology companies
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ambitious/highly motivated and strong work ethic
• Leadership skills
• Business and strategic judgment
• Admission to practice in California is strongly preferred but not required
