Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Legal Support Specialist to support the SV office Trusts & Estates team, preparing documents, conducting research, and assisting with administrative duties, billable work and other tasks.
Requirements
- Strong interest in the legal profession
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume desk with extreme accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong proofreading and solid Excel and computer skills
- Positive self-starter, strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and procedures
- BA/BS degree required
- Notary Public, a plus
