The Los Angeles Office is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to partner with the Director of Administration in managing office operations, facilities, and crisis management initiatives.
Requirements
- Manage office operations and support staff across key service areas.
- Oversee vendor contracts and service quality for building and maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and emergency preparedness programs.
- Support budgeting, purchasing, and office event coordination.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on staffing, parking, and payables processes.
