Job Description
The Pro Bono Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Pillsbury's attorney-led pro bono program, ensuring attorneys have meaningful opportunities to contribute their skills to those in need.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of legal project management experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
- Pro bono management experience at a law firm or a legal services organization is a plus
- Ability to use good judgment, initiative, and command of resources to accomplish results
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of attorneys and staff
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize a continually changing workload
- Ability to work well under pressure and be self-motivated
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe
