Job Description
The Process and Innovation Officer leads the identification and deployment of innovation initiatives that drive employee engagement, ideation, and the implementation of improvement projects to ensure the organization achieves its business and operational strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy or any equivalent course
- Related experience in Business Process, Lean Six Sigma or any equivalent process, systems and continuous improvement areas
- Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Certification or Business Process Certification
