Job Description
Pilot Company is looking for a Region Manager to oversee travel center locations, drive profitable sales, and recruit, train, and maintain their team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of multi-unit or regional management experience and a proven track record of financial results and customer service skills.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Great people management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level
- Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
- Build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
- Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed
