Manager, Fund Governance Operations

PIMCO is a global leader in active fixed income with deep expertise across public and private markets. We are seeking a Manager to join our Fund Governance team, supporting the governance and oversight of PIMCO's registered funds. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• Support the preparation of materials for quarterly fund board meetings
• Coordinate responses to trustee questions and followups
• Assist with ongoing board-related activities, including approvals, documentation, and ad hoc requests
• Support the Section 15(c) advisory contract renewal process
• Assist with the annual and ongoing prospectus update cycle
• Coordinate with third-party vendors supporting regulatory filings and disclosure updates
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring processes
• Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks, and reusable materials
