Position Management Data Associate

PIMCO is a global leader in active fixed income with deep expertise across public and private markets. We are seeking a detail-oriented Position Management Data Analyst & Controls professional to support the firm's platform transformation by leading position data analysis, reconciliation frameworks, and certification activities across legacy and target platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in position management, investment data reconciliation, or operational controls within a global asset management, asset servicing, or prime brokerage environment
• Strong analytical skills with hand-on experience designing and executing multi-asset position and P&L reconciliations
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel, with experience developing exception reporting and control dashboards
• Solid understanding of position lifecycle inputs, including trade economics, settlements, corporate actions, FX revaluations, and cost basis methodologies
