PIMCO is seeking a Senior Transactional Lawyer to join our collaborative team, focusing on Alternative Credit, Restructuring, Asset-Based Investments, and Special Situations business. The role will involve driving complex transactions, optimizing portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience at a leading international law firm or in-house with a global bank or asset manager
• Deal expertise, including proven ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver on multiple transactions under tight deadlines
• Regulatory knowledge, including familiarity with sector-specific regulatory and conflicts of interest issues faced by investment managers
• Commercial insight, including strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
• Exceptional precision in legal documentation and processes
