Customer and Logistics Associate

Customer & Logistics Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations across customer service, warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions. This entry-level position handles incoming customer inquiries, supports US inventory and sample furniture management, and contributes to logistics coordination.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
• Forklift experience and OSHA familiarity are advantageous but not required
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
