Job Description
As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our US marketing initiatives, while working closely with our UK team. You will be responsible for organizing and executing US marketing projects, ensuring perfect synergy with our international actions, and raising our brand visibility and impact on the US market.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in a Senior Marketing position
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating with the UK Head Office team
- Strong initiative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work without micromanagement
- Good understanding of the US market and customer landscape, with the ability to stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to measure campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
