Registered Social Worker (Part-Time)

We are seeking a part-time Registered Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team at the West Ottawa HART Hub. The successful candidate will provide trauma-informed, harm reduction-based psychosocial assessment, brief therapy, crisis response, care coordination, group facilitation, and system navigation for clients accessing substance use health services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in community health, mental health, or substance use health settings
• Demonstrated expertise in substance use health, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
