Pinecrest Queensway Community Health Centre (PQCHC) is a long-standing, non-profit community health center founded in 1979 in Ontario. With a volunteer Board of Directors and a staff of over 347 full-time and part-time employees supported by more than 400 volunteers, PQCHC delivers a broad range of primary and preventive health services to a diverse, bilingual population. The center's core focus is on partnership-based care, working closely with individuals, families and community groups—especially those who are most vulnerable—to help them reach their full potential. PQCHC's innovative, multi-service model and commitment to building a safe, just, and healthy community set it apart in the province's network of community health centers.

Degree in health or social services, experience creating a safe and inclusive environment, training in program planning and group facilitation

2 years of experience in finance, capital development, fundraising, governance, and health system transformation, with diverse lived experience
Program Assistant - Multicultural Seniors Program
High school diploma, 2-3 years experience in community setting, experience in seniors programming, understanding of poverty and minority issues
Clinical Manager Allied Health, Primary Care
Minimum 5 years of management experience and undergraduate degree from a recognized university in a healthcare discipline
Job Coach - Retention Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field, 3 years of experience in employment counselling and/or job development, and strong digital literacy
Mental Health Worker
Degree in behavioral science and 3-5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent psychiatric illness
Physician Assistant
Graduate of a bachelor or master’s level physician assistant training program in Canada or the United States, registration as a Physician Assistant in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and experience working in the field of primary care, mental health or addictions medicine
Nurse Practitioner, West Ottawa HART Hub (Full-time)
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and experience working in addictions medicine or primary care
Registered Social Worker (Part-Time)
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, registration in good standing with OCSWSSW, and minimum 3 years of clinical experience in community health or substance use health settings
Family Physician
Doctor of family medicine, 1-3 years of family practice experience, technology proficiency, flexible hours, and a vehicle and license are required
