Pinecrest Queensway Community Health Centre (PQCHC) is a long-standing, non-profit community health center founded in 1979 in Ontario. With a volunteer Board of Directors and a staff of over 347 full-time and part-time employees supported by more than 400 volunteers, PQCHC delivers a broad range of primary and preventive health services to a diverse, bilingual population. The Physician Assistant is an integral member of the West Ottawa HART Hub clinical program, providing a wide range of services under the supervision of licensed physicians, including comprehensive triage, medical assessment, diagnosis, crisis support and treatment to patients with varied health, social, cultural, and economic barriers.
