Nurse Practitioner, West Ottawa HART Hub (Full-time)

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive clinical care to individuals seeking assistance with substance use, mental health, and complex social needs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team at the West Ottawa HART Hub.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
• Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience working in the field of addictions medicine and/or primary care
• Understanding of high priority communities and their health challenges
• Proficiency in the use of computers and various software applications
