Job Description
The Patient Account Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining patient accounts, resolving unpaid claims and insurance discrepancies, and upholding the principles of the “Flawless Reimbursement” system.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of medical billing experience
- Experience working with the public and maintaining composure in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree in a related field
