Job Description
PingWind is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Solutions Delivery Center of Excellence contract work. The role involves user research, process improvement, product backlog management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Emphasis is placed on user-centric design and integration support for SaaS and PaaS solutions.
