Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in bringing the spirit of Pink Taco and our menu to life for our fans.
Requirements
- Prepare, season, and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation throughout service.
- Execute food preparation with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service.
- Uphold all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with prep work, stocking, closing duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, fellow cooks, and FOH staff to ensure timely service.
