Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a beautiful SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Horsham, supporting children and young people aged 6–18 years. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and providing a calm, structured environment that fosters emotional and academic development.
Requirements
- Supporting students with SEMH needs in both one-to-one and small group settings
- Helping pupils to build confidence, develop positive relationships, and increase their self-esteem
- Contributing to a calm, structured environment that fosters emotional and academic development
- Working closely with teaching staff to implement positive behaviour management strategies
- Assisting with the delivery of engaging, inclusive learning tailored to individual needs
Benefits
- Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm (5pm finish on Thursdays)
- Temp to Perm (Permanent after 12 working weeks)
- Contracted salary: £102.68 per day
