Agent

We are seeking a part-time Agent to perform various assignments, including concierge-level security, residential security, event security, and investigations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, law enforcement, military, and/or security experience, and strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience
• IL PERC, FOID, FCC, and CCW required
• Concierge-level customer service knowledge
• Access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring experience
• Problem resolution skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office
