Job Description
Pinkerton is seeking a Scheduling Dispatcher to provide operational and administrative support for security services. The role involves coordinating schedules, tracking assignments, handling emergency requests, and supporting internal and external stakeholders. This position is part of the dynamic team focused on protecting clients through enterprise risk management.
Requirements

- Coordinate services, operational and administrative supporting needs.
- Ensure deadlines are met for scheduling, dispatching, and audits.
- Track and report outcomes of schedules and other metrics assigned.
- Process and prioritize emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance.
- Enter, update, and retrieve information from multiple computer systems.
- Perform metrics tracking, data entry, and electronic reporting.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of emergency procedures and dispatching procedures.
- Support all department and Company goals and objectives.
