Member Services Representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Requirements
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle all front desk-related activities
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club
