Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, and ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment during AM, PM, or Overnight shifts.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs
- Must be 18 years of age or older for Overnight shifts
