Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating account updates
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club
