Event Services Supervisor - Audio Visual, Event Technology

The Event Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising floor operations, delivering customer service, and providing a positive experience for guests. Pinnacle Live is a premium AV partner that delivers bespoke AV solutions for live events and meetings.

Requirements

• Two to three years of prior experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry
• Two years of advanced audio and visual experience in a theatrical or live event environment
• Computer proficiency
• Strong technical aptitude
• Planning ability; able to plan ahead and prioritize
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Strong customer focus
• Strong team player orientation
