Office Coordinator - Audio Visual, Event Technology

The Office Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the audio visual office, facilitating the efficient operation of the venue office. Pinnacle Live is a Collaborative Crusader that empowers employees to tackle tough challenges and deliver unforgettable hospitality and live event experiences.

Requirements

• High Schools diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year customer service or clerical experience
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in MSWord, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
