Senior Event Services Technician - Audio Visual, Event Technology

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Senior Event Services Technician to assist with floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of intermediate to advanced technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality environment. The successful candidate will provide unmatched customer service to guests and clients, and must have strong technical aptitude, good working knowledge of computer hardware and software, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Assist with floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of intermediate to advanced technology solutions
• Provide unmatched customer service to guests and clients
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company's business systems
• Comply with all Company security and safety measures
• Continually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio, video/data, staging and computer operation and networking
