Bachelor's degree in social work or related field; 1 year of experience as a social worker/case manager/care coordinator in a public or private social service agency
Residential Program Manager - Minneapolis
At least one year of direct care experience working in a 245D licensed setting, previous supervisory experience, and meeting one of the following DHS Program Coordinator Standards

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, licensed in Social Work or seeking licensure, and valid driver's license

Residential Program Director
Three years of supervisory level experience, DHS Designated Manager requirements, and valid Minnesota Driver’s License
Direct Support Professional - Champlin
Must be 18+, have a background check completion. Valid driver's license & insurance needed. Unacceptable driving record will impact options
Direct Support Professional
Must be 18+ and have a strong desire to assist others. Valid driver's license and transportation are required. Background check and a pass. Standard driver's record needed

Must be 18+, clear background check, reliable transportation & valid driver's license. Good driving record is required

1+ year of direct care experience, supervisory experience, and education in human services
