Residential Program Manager

We are seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our residential sites located in Champlin, MN. The Residential Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing site operations and program service delivery, coordination of staff scheduling, and ongoing quality assurance and improvement.

Requirements

• Driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable transportation
• At least one year of direct care experience working in a 245D licensed setting
• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience using Therap
• Meet one of the following DHS Program Coordinator Standards
