Physician Assistant/Nurse - APRN

Requirements

• Current DEA Prescription license
• Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the State of employment
• Continuing education credits as required by the licensing board
• Experience or knowledge in the field of drug abuse
• State Medicaid number
• CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification
