Requirements
- Current PT license (state-specific)
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid BLS certification
- Minimum one year of PT experience (home health experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques
