Client Contracts Lawyer to strengthen our client relationships by delivering robust, commercial contract solutions.

Requirements

• Strong academic background and qualification as a solicitor (typically 3+ PQE, but all suitable experience considered)
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts; in-house law firm experience is desirable
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to deliver practical, accessible advice
• Confidence operating in unfamiliar or complex subject areas
• Strong organisation and time-management, with the ability to juggle multiple matters at pace
• Sound judgment, resilience and a calm, professional approach under pressure
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work autonomously when needed
• An interest in legal technology and improving contract processes
