Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience (in-house or private practice)
• Expertise in construction law and dispute resolution
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences
• Be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
• Valid Right to Work for Australia
• Qualified to practice law in Australia
