Job Description
As the Manager II, Machine Learning Engineering for Homefeed Retrieval Modeling, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8-9 machine learning engineers and setting the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for machine learning-based solutions at the heart of Homefeed. You will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to connect business goals and user needs, and bridge leadership vision with execution to drive discovery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning
- 1+ year of experience managing high-performing ML teams
- Proven record of hiring, empowering, and developing technical talent
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, Codex
- Experience using LLM-powered productivity tools
