Staff Data Scientist, Engagement Ecosystem: Shape the future of people-facing and business-facing products at Pinterest, leveraging quantitative modeling, experimentation, and algorithms to solve complex engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of the Pinterest engagement ecosystem and key product surfaces
- Lead projects on tradeoffs between organic engagement and advertising
- Design and productionize robust, scalable ML and evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate across disciplines to translate complex data questions into actionable business insights
- Mentor and guide junior and senior scientists
