Full-stack Engineer (BE-leaning)

Pinwheel is hiring a full-stack engineer to work on the company's customer-facing stack, with a focus on back-end engineering work and supporting front-end engineering work. The role involves designing and shipping impactful new functionality, maintaining and improving the data models and services that power the APIs, and contributing to the team's growth through mentorship and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining back-end or full-stack applications
• Prior experience working at an early-stage startup or small tech company
• Deep expertise with modern back-end languages/frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, Django, Rails, Gin)
• At least some experience working with modern frontend web frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Prior experience working on API-based products is a big plus
