Director, Data Architecture & Platforms

Grow with Pioneer as a Director, Data Architecture & Platforms. Lead teams in designing and delivering modern data platforms and enterprise data architectures for clients. Work closely with executive teams, technology leaders, and consulting teams to define data strategies, architect scalable platforms, and guide implementation of modern analytics environments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, analytics platforms, or enterprise data strategy
• Experience designing modern data platforms, including data warehouses, lakehouses, and cloud analytics environments
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud data services
• Experience with data modeling, data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and enterprise data management frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled data platforms and advanced analytics ecosystems
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and operational systems into modern data architectures
• Strong consulting skills including client engagement, solution architecture, and executive communication
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex data and analytics programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
