Job Description

As a Principal Consultant, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer, you will lead client engagements and shape how clients harness AI to reset what's possible. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and act as a hands-on builder of AI and ML solutions.
Requirements
- Serve as a client-facing leader on AI engagements
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI and ML solutions for clients
- Architect and build solutions hands-on across modern data platforms and AI services
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise data sources and CRM systems
- Rapidly deliver POCs and MVPs to validate ideas and assumptions
- Coach clients and Pioneer team members on AI capabilities
- Help grow Pioneer's AI practice by contributing to thought leadership
- 7+ years in consulting, data engineering, analytics, or AI solution delivery
