Contract Conformance Specialist IV

This position provides senior-level Supply Chain Management (SCM) contracts support for complex agreements across Enbridge. The role is accountable for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms using established templates, policies, and approved positions, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk tolerance.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex agreements
• Facilitate and support supplier negotiations on contractual terms and conditions
• Coordinate internal input from SCM personnel, Legal, and other functional stakeholders
• Review and respond to supplier redlines
• Provide contract drafting and negotiation support to SCM and business stakeholders
• Advise on appropriate contract type selection
• Support contract execution processes
• Maintain contract records, documentation, and lifecycle status updates
