Project Controls Coordinator II

We are seeking a Project Controls Coordinator II to support Enbridge's Engineering and Construction capital projects by developing and implementing project controls plans, integrating cost and schedule functions, and ensuring quality and accuracy of project controls deliverables.

Requirements

• Lead development of the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Integrate cost control and scheduling into a cohesive project controls approach
• Prepare and maintain project controls deliverables, including cost and cash flow reports and variance analysis, schedule reports and variance analysis, Project Controls Plan and Change Management procedures, Monthly progress reports
• Perform quality control reviews of project controls deliverables
• Coordinate and collect materials for Phase Gate Reviews under the 6-Phase Project Lifecycle
• Define project controls resource requirements
• Provide feedback on tools, processes, and procedures to support continuous improvement
