Principal AI/ML Scientist & Engineer

Pipedrive is looking for a Principal AI/ML Scientist & Engineer to lead a growing team of Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML-based solutions to extract value from structured and unstructured data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of applied science or engineering experience
• Proven ability to lead and scale a technical team
• Deep expertise in modern AI engineering concepts and tech stacks
• Proven track record of delivering customer and business value through AI/ML-based solutions
• Broad exposure to ML, Deep Learning, and AI
• Excellent product sense and business awareness
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, container orchestration, and data engineering
