Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the Agentic AI experiences and the underlying AI platform capabilities that power them. The role involves defining the vision and roadmap for customer experience across Pipedrive CRM, identifying high-value use cases for autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, and ensuring agentic behaviour is trustworthy and safe.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience owning complex product capabilities and shared platforms
- Strong understanding of LLM, agentic systems and modern AI architectures
- Experience working closely with AI and machine learning engineers on production systems
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence across teams without direct authority
