Senior Data Engineer

Pipedrive is looking for a Data Engineer to build and evolve the data foundations that power decision-making across the company. The ideal candidate will design and maintain data systems, pipelines, and architecture that enable teams to access reliable, high-quality data.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating data systems in production environments
• Solid SQL skills and a good understanding of data modelling
• Proficiency in programming (e.g. Python)
• Experience working with distributed data processing tools (e.g. Spark, Flink)
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools (e.g. dbt, orchestration frameworks)
• Understanding of data architecture, data quality, and observability
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple systems
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and contribute to technical decisions
