Transaction Services Specialist, Order & Subscription Management - FTC

We are looking for a Transaction Services Specialist – Order & Subscription Management to drive the customer order process from commercial handoff through to successful billing and payment setup. This role ensures that customer contracts, addenda, orders, renewals, and account updates are accurately processed and fully aligned with billing requirements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role/environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Process-driven and documentation-oriented
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with internal commercial teams
• Ability to manage at times competing priorities and deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Familiarity with billing platforms, order management systems, and CRM tools
• Integrity, accountability, and customer-first thinking
• Proficient written and spoken English
