Job Description
FULL TIME 3RD SHIFT. Performs direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist residents in activities of daily living and complete documentation of care given.
Requirements
- Assist residents in all activities of daily living
- Answer call lights
- Complete documentation of care given
- Refer to and follow resident care plan
- Report any abnormal findings
