Executive - Production

The Executive - Production will be responsible for allocating manpower, checking cleanliness of area and machines, and verifying raw materials in granulation, among other tasks.

Requirements

• Allocate manpower
• Check cleanliness of area and machines
• Verify raw materials in granulation
• Monitor dispensing, granulation, and compression activities
• Update departmental documents and records
• Give requisition of BMRs to the QA department
• Update KPIs
• Report incident to Human resources and safety department
• Utilize man, machine, and material to get higher productivity
• Ensure proper segregation of material, quality of products, and cleanliness of machines
• Improve product quality and productivity
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, HR, IT, EHS, and Engg. Department
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain quality products and maintain quality norms
• Ensure implementation of effective sanitation and hygiene activities
• Ensure upkeep of area and equipment
• Ensure avoidance of breach of data integrity
• Ensure compliance to safety measures
• Ensure cleaning of riser filters as per SOP
• Ensure preventive maintenance of machines
• Complete monthly production plan
• Do monthly verification of weighing balances
• Ensure use of PPE
• Ensure compliance to Safety Measures. Implementation and Documentation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
• Identify & communicate incidents, QEHS non-conformities, investigate and take corrective actions
• Ensure work permit system during maintenance activities
• Implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor
• Ensure participation and consultation of worker
• Ensure disposal of waste
• Authorized to prevent improper workplace conditions
• Authorized for reporting of Hazards, Incident, and accidents and near miss Reporting
• Authorized to prepare OH&S performance document
