Requirements
- Achieve sales and retention goals
- Act as primary point of contact for core clients
- Identify growth opportunities to expand existing user base within a portfolio of accounts
- Develop and own the long-term strategy
- Conduct client demonstration sessions
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Associates
- Manage pipeline and oversee the end to end sales cycle
- Effectively prospect new accounts
