Sr. Commercial Trainer

The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation expertise, regional business context, and a consultative mindset to drive learner engagement and measurable performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Deliver engaging, high-quality training aligned to curriculum standards
• Apply a clear understanding of the learner profile to adapt facilitation approach
• Create psychologically safe learning environments
• Partner with Learning Operations and Program Managers to plan, execute, and adapt training delivery
• Manage and maintain assigned training materials
• Recommend and contribute to iterative updates to training materials and delivery methods
• Track and report on training program effectiveness
• Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities
• Shadow teams and observe workflows to deepen understanding of learner context
