Requirements
- Drive Customer value creation
- Understand the business, priorities, and leadership agenda of Customers
- Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite
- Grow the business and assigned account
- Drive sales (upsells), and responsible for key commercial processes for the accounts
- Help originate new Customers by supporting Business Development team based on defined commercial strategy
- Delivery ownership and excellence
- Align with relevant teams - Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Delivery and Product & Development team - at each stage of the project lifecycle to guarantee on-time delivery
- Identify priorities by addressing and removing roadblocks for each project to ensure project delivery
- Position self as project lead and first point of contact throughout the Customer lifecycle
- Subject matter expert
- Be(come) a Product matter expert with high-level understanding of the solution architecture and data structure, and product knowledge (modules and functions) to fully grasp the solution benefits and use cases to best align & articulate these (data & solutions) with the Customer business needs
